What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly employees while managing safety, quality, productivity, and delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources on plans to meet business objectives.
- Meet the role’s physical and shift requirements, including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for up to 12 hours.
