Leads hourly operations teams to maintain safety, quality, attendance, productivity, and on-time customer deliveries.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly employees; manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
- Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives.
- Perform work involving lifting up to 49 pounds, standing or walking up to 12 hours, and variable noise, temperatures, and weather.
