About the job
A ten-week, on-site summer internship learning to lead warehouse teams and develop a continuous-improvement project at an Amazon operations facility.
What you'll do
- Learn to coach, manage, and develop a team of 50–100 Amazon Associates while supporting safety, quality, and productivity.
- Drive standard work and continuous improvement through an internship project with site leadership.
- Support warehouse operations, including deliveries and package handling, and work assigned shifts.
What they ask for
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, with all degree requirements anticipated to be completed between December 2027 and August 2028.
- Able to stand and walk during shifts up to 12 hours; lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
