About the job
A ten-week, on-site summer internship learning to lead warehouse associates and complete a continuous-improvement project at an Amazon operations facility.
What you'll do
- Learn to coach, manage, and develop a team of 50–100 associates.
- Support shift operations, including safety, quality, productivity, staffing, and package handling.
- Develop an intern project focused on standard work and continuous improvement.
