What you'll do
- Learn to coach, manage, and develop a team of 50–100 associates while supporting safety, quality, and productivity.
- Drive standard work and continuous improvement through an internship project with site leadership.
- Support warehouse operations, including package handling and sorting, shift coordination, and handoffs.
