A ten-week, on-site summer internship learning to lead warehouse teams and complete a continuous-improvement project at an Amazon operations site.
What you'll do
- Learn to coach, manage, and develop a team of 50–100 Amazon Associates while supporting shift operations.
- Drive standard work and continuous improvement through an internship project with site leadership.
- Support warehouse work as needed, including package handling, truck deliveries, and use of pallet jacks or PIT equipment where applicable.
