About the job
A ten-week, on-site summer internship learning to lead warehouse teams and improve Amazon operations through a site leadership project.
What you'll do
- Learn to coach, manage, and develop a team of 50–100 associates while supporting safety, quality, and productivity.
- Complete an intern project focused on standard work and continuous improvement.
- Support shift operations, including staffing adjustments, package handling, and handoffs.
