About the job
A ten-week, on-site summer internship learning to lead warehouse teams and complete a continuous-improvement project at an Amazon operations facility.
What you'll do
- Learn to coach, manage, and develop a team of 50–100 associates while supporting shift operations.
- Drive standard work and continuous improvement through an internship project.
- Support warehouse activities, including deliveries, package handling and sorting, and operating PIT equipment where applicable.

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, with all requirements anticipated to be completed between December 2027 and August 2028.
- Able to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours; lift up to 49 pounds; and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
