What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly employees; manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
- Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to meet business objectives.
- Meet physical and environmental demands, including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for up to 12 hours per shift.
