About the job
Provides legal counseling and transactional support to AWS infrastructure engineering, supply chain, and procurement teams, enabling the development, manufacture, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Drafts, structures, and negotiates commercial and technology agreements, including development, supply, manufacturing, licensing, and services agreements.
- Advises business partners on legal, commercial, operational, compliance, regulatory, security, and other risks, and develops vendor and negotiation strategies.
- Creates and advises on procedures, policies, and training while collaborating across teams to resolve issues.
