What you'll do
- Hire, develop, supervise, and train technicians while coordinating daily production work and team planning.
- Oversee hardware integration and testing, inspect completed work, and maintain production process documentation.
- Enforce safety and quality standards and collaborate with engineering and operations teams on production improvements.
