Builds and maintains transportation analytics, dashboards, and reporting to help improve customer experience, performance, and cost.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data sets, and support monitoring of transportation metrics.
- Gather, analyze, and validate data; investigate issues and anomalies; document findings and present recommendations.
- Help automate reporting and support data pipeline improvements in collaboration with data engineers and BI engineers.
