Supports Amazon Pharmacy customers and Customer Care agents by resolving prescription, insurance, account, and technical issues through phone and chat.
What you'll do
- Communicate with providers to obtain and verify prescriptions and refill requests; follow pharmacy laws and company procedures.
- Assist customers with prescription status, insurance claims, account adjustments, pharmacy website support, and escalations; coordinate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when needed.
- Support Customer Care agents with guidance, escalated calls, and technology outages; work flexible shifts and cross-train as business needs change.
