What you'll do
- Support customers by phone and chat with prescription status, shipments, insurance claims, account adjustments, and website technical issues; escalate clinical questions when needed.
- Assist Customer Care representatives with guidance and escalated calls, following issues through resolution and reporting system outages.
- Verify prescription information with providers, follow pharmacy policies and regulations, and adapt to changing business support needs and schedules.
