Supports Amazon Pharmacy customers and Customer Care agents by resolving prescription, insurance, account, and technical issues through phone and chat, while coordinating with pharmacists and other pharmacy staff when needed.
What you'll do
- Assist customers with prescription status, refills, insurance claims, account adjustments, shipments, and pharmacy website support; escalate clinical matters to pharmacists as needed.
- Support Customer Care agents, handle escalated calls through resolution, and report system or technology outages.
- Follow pharmacy policies and applicable laws, protect customer confidentiality, and adapt to changing business needs and schedules.
