Supports Amazon Pharmacy customers and Customer Care agents with prescription inquiries, insurance issues, technical support, and escalations by phone and chat.
What you'll do
- Communicate with providers to obtain and verify prescriptions or refill requests, and follow pharmacy laws and company procedures.
- Assist customers with prescription status, insurance claims, account adjustments, website navigation, and issue resolution; escalate clinical matters to pharmacists when needed.
- Support Customer Care representatives with guidance and escalated calls, and adapt to shifting business needs and schedules.
