What you'll do
- Communicate with providers to obtain or clarify prescriptions and refill requests, checking that information is complete and accurate.
- Assist customers by phone and chat with prescription status, insurance claims, account adjustments, shipments, and technical issues; escalate clinical questions when needed.
- Support Customer Care agents with guidance and escalations, and follow pharmacy policies, laws, and confidentiality requirements.
