What you'll do
- Communicate with providers to obtain and verify prescription and refill information; follow pharmacy laws, regulations, and company procedures.
- Assist customers by phone and chat with prescription status, insurance claims, account adjustments, technical issues, and other concerns; resolve or escalate issues as needed.
- Support Customer Care agents with guidance and escalations, collaborate with pharmacy teammates, and adapt to changing support needs and schedules.
