Supports Amazon Pharmacy customers and Customer Care agents by handling prescription inquiries, resolving account and insurance issues, providing pharmacy website support, and escalating clinical matters to pharmacists.
What you'll do
- Assist customers by phone and chat with prescription status, shipments, insurance claims, account adjustments, and website navigation; resolve or escalate issues as needed.
- Contact providers to obtain and verify written prescriptions or refill requests, and follow pharmacy laws, regulations, and company procedures.
- Support Customer Care agents with guidance and escalations; maintain assigned metrics and adapt to changing business needs and schedules.
