What you'll do

• Use data and operational tools to identify risks, resolve problems, and guide fulfillment leaders’ hourly and daily decisions.
• Support flow-management procedures, risk reduction, speed improvement, quality control, and performance goals.
• Coach and develop leaders, communicate policies, and drive continuous improvement through an intern project.
