Troubleshoots and resolves data center hardware, fiber, networking, and related infrastructure issues while supporting facility deployment and operations.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, fiber, and networking issues; take ownership through resolution.
- Perform capacity planning and tracking, rack deployment and cabling, and rack decommissioning.
- Maintain service-level agreements through proactive issue detection and reporting.
