Troubleshoots and resolves data center hardware, fiber, networking, and related infrastructure issues while supporting deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of equipment.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware, fiber, networking, and software issues; engage other teams to resolve customer problems.
- Plan and track capacity, deploy and cable racks, and decommission equipment.
- Detect and report issues proactively to maintain service level agreements.
