Oversees commissioning, testing, and validation of AWS data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure, coordinating vendors and teams to ensure systems meet design, quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

- Review designs and submittals; plan and oversee Factory Witness Testing and onsite functional and integrated systems tests.
- Manage commissioning vendors, coordinate project activities, resolve and escalate technical or schedule issues, and report project status.
- Audit work for environmental, quality, and safety compliance; document and share lessons learned to improve the commissioning program.
