Oversees testing and validation of AWS data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure, coordinating commissioning vendors, site teams, and project activities.

- Review design and component submittals; lead Factory Witness Testing and system-level and integrated testing.
- Manage third-party commissioning vendors and audit onsite work for environmental, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate schedules and issue resolution across project teams, report progress, and share lessons learned.
