What you'll do
- Lead and develop Compliance Engineers and Compliance Program Managers, setting team priorities and operating practices.
- Guide product teams on regulatory and safety design requirements; coordinate testing and compliance work with agencies, manufacturers, labs, and TCBs.
- Track compliance and validation metrics, secure market approvals, monitor changing regulations, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
