Supports cost control for AWS data center construction projects across North and South America, including bid analysis, cost forecasting, change management, and project close-out.
What you'll do
- Analyze construction vendor proposals, prepare bid-leveling documents, validate contract awards and invoices, and support final payments.
- Track cost performance, maintain historical cost data, assess schedule and design changes, and identify risks and value-engineering savings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party Quantity Surveyors; communicate cost impacts and control goals to stakeholders.
