What you'll do
- Analyze vendor proposals and bids using benchmarks; prepare bid leveling and validate contract awards, changes, invoices, and final payments.
- Track cost performance, schedule and design variations, risks, and value engineering savings; maintain historical cost data and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party Quantity Surveyors across multiple projects; travel may be required up to 30%, including internationally.
