Construction Manager , AMER

What you'll do

• Oversee contractors and vendors through bidding, construction, and project closeout; manage project documents, bids, and change orders.
• Review electrical and mechanical designs and maintain construction quality, schedule, budget, and project metrics.
• Manage construction initiatives that improve data center resiliency and lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent engineering science, or 9 years of related construction management experience in lieu of a degree.
• 6+ years of relevant experience constructing and managing complex MEP systems in mission-critical environments.
• 4+ years of relevant experience managing general contractors and vendors, including RFPs, bidding, change orders, quality control, and RFI/submittal tracking.
• Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production; experience in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including electrical systems, cooling systems, and MEP architecture.
• Professional certification (PE, LEED, or CCM) and knowledge of building codes (BOCA, NFPA, NEC, OSHA).

Pay

USD 111,300.00 - 186,100.00 annually (base salary)
