Construction Manager , AMER SE

What you'll do

• Manage construction project scope, quality, schedule, budget, and contractor/vendor execution.
• Develop scopes and RFPs, evaluate bids, negotiate with contractors, and manage construction documents and financial analysis.
• Review electrical and mechanical designs for constructability, oversee quality control, and report project metrics.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent engineering science; alternatively, 9 years of related construction management experience in lieu of a degree.
• 6+ years of relevant experience constructing and managing complex MEP systems in mission-critical environments.
• 4+ years managing general contractors and vendors, including RFPs, bidding, change orders, quality control, and RFI/submittal tracking.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems; experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and deployment or mass production.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including electrical systems, cooling systems, and MEP architecture.
• Professional certification (PE, LEED, or CCM) and knowledge of building codes (BOCA, NFPA, NEC, OSHA).

Pay

111,300.00 - 186,100.00 USD annually (base salary)
