Construction Manager, GES NA, Design and Construction

What you'll do

• Manage concurrent construction projects, overseeing safety, compliance, quality, budgets, schedules, contracts, and handover.
• Coordinate developers, contractors, design engineers, authorities, and internal teams; review project documents, bids, changes, and performance.
• Maintain project reporting and stakeholder communication, and identify sustainability, value-engineering, and process-improvement opportunities.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, or in a related construction discipline; 5+ years of project management experience from design through handover.
• 5+ years of experience negotiating construction, procurement, and/or labor contracts.
• 5+ years of proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM), and scheduling software; valid driver’s license.

Nice to have

• Experience across at least two construction-industry disciplines; experience managing concurrent projects in a program-management capacity.
• Facilities-management experience; CMIT/CMAA or PMP certification or equivalent.

Pay

77,400.00–135,400.00 USD annually (base salary; Atlanta, Chicago, Boston, Austin, Houston, Irving, Arlington); 89,000.00–155,800.00 USD annually (base salary; New York); 69,700.00–122,000.00 USD annually (base salary; Nashville)
