Serves as Amazon’s owner’s representative, delivering logistics-facility construction projects from design through construction and operational handover across a North American region.
What you'll do
- Manage multiple concurrent construction projects, coordinating contractors, design teams, authorities, and internal stakeholders while overseeing safety, quality, scope, schedule, and cost.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, change requests, contracts, and contractor performance; report project status and risks.
- Review design and construction documents, support permitting and compliance, and coordinate facility readiness and handover.
