Supports Amazon’s North American construction safety program by managing contractor safety processes, monitoring performance, and helping project teams maintain safety compliance.
What you'll do
- Manage contractor pre-qualification and support safety contract requirements and third-party safety observations.
- Track WHS metrics, produce scorecards and performance reports, and support corrective actions after serious incidents and near misses.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors on safety processes, training, compliance, and field support; travel nationally up to 40–60%.
