Controls Engineer, Amazon Data Services, Inc

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot BMS and EPMS issues, perform root cause analysis, and support data center operations.
• Manage BMS and EPMS projects, including scope, schedule, budget, procurement, commissioning, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and modify controls logic and graphical interfaces; review and improve controls sequences of operation.

What they ask for

• Knowledge of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering science plus 5 years of relevant controls experience, OR 10 years of relevant controls experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of industrial controls experience in a critical environment and 4+ years of project or vendor management experience associated with construction and project execution.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of critical data center equipment.
• Project management experience in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure, or Data Center Engineering Operations experience with understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

Pay

111,300.00 - 186,100.00 USD annually (base salary)
