Controls Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and develop controls teams, set goals, and report project status.
• Manage controls engineering, deployment, commissioning, and troubleshooting for complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

What they ask for

• Experience operating a mission-critical team or product.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering science plus 8+ years of relevant controls experience, OR 12+ years of relevant controls experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years managing, mentoring, leading, and coaching controls professionals; 3+ years hiring, promoting, disciplining, and developing them.
• 4+ years managing large, complex controls projects; 4+ years contractor and vendor management; 3+ years managing complex electrical and mechanical controls deployments; 4+ years developing and maintaining critical-path project schedules.

Nice to have

• MS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or other science).
• Prior AWS/Amazon experience; 6+ years managing controls teams; 8+ years project and vendor management; or 3+ years in data center system architecture and electrical or mechanical engineering principles.

Pay

129,200.00 - 193,000.00 USD annually (base salary)
