Installs, tests, commissions, troubleshoots, and maintains building management and electrical power monitoring controls systems at AWS data centers.
What you'll do
- Perform device and controller checkouts, diagnostics, configuration, calibration, network testing, and commissioning support for BMS and EPMS deployments.
- Supervise low-voltage contractors, maintain and verify field drawings, assist with root cause analysis, and promote on-site safety.
- Support multiple data center sites, including on-call, rotating shifts, and after-hours emergencies as required.

- Related technical associate’s degree, trade certification, or other certified training plus 1+ years of relevant industrial or HVAC controls experience; alternatively, 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Basic knowledge of industrial controls, meters, sensors, relays, troubleshooting tools, and 1+ years working with low-voltage controls, wiring, networking signals, electrical and mechanical systems, computers, and operating systems.
- Ability to work non-standard hours, shifts, and overtime as required; must meet ITAR compliance.
Nice to have
- ISA CCST Level I or higher; experience with MQTT, BACnet, and/or MODBUS.
- 5+ years in controls/automation, construction, or a related technical field; data center or mission-critical experience is also preferred.
Pay
32.93 - 57.64 USD hourly (base salary)
