Controls Technician, Data Center Capacity Delivery, Amazon Data Services, Inc

What you'll do

• Deploy, service, upgrade, and troubleshoot BMS and EPMS systems, including associated hardware, programming, and communications.
• Perform point-to-point checks, sensor installation and calibration, commissioning support, and systems-level testing.
• Train Facilities team members, manage small to medium projects, and supervise low-voltage contractors.

What they ask for

• Associate's degree or above; alternatively, trade school certification or other certified training in a related technical field, or qualifying experience in lieu of a degree.
• Basic understanding of industrial controls systems, meters, devices, sensors, relays, and troubleshooting tools.
• Ability to work non-standard hours, differing shifts or rotations, and overtime as required.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by applicable law due to U.S. export control requirements.

Nice to have

• ISA Certified Controls System Technician (CCST) Level I or higher; experience with MQTT, BACnet, and/or MODBUS.
• Experience in data centers or mission-critical environments; 5+ years in controls/automation, construction, or a related technical field.

Pay

86,200.00 - 150,800.00 USD annually (base salary)
