Controls Technician, Data Center Capacity Delivery

What you'll do

• Perform field-device checkouts, diagnostics, configuration, calibration, and communication testing for BMS and EPMS equipment.
• Support commissioning and systems testing, supervise low-voltage contractors, and provide marked-up drawings and root-cause findings.
• Work at data center sites, follow safety practices, and provide on-call and after-hours support when required.

What they ask for

• High school or equivalent diploma; candidate must meet ITAR Compliance.
• Related technical degree, trade school certification, or certified training plus 1+ years of relevant controls experience, OR 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Basic understanding of industrial controls and experience troubleshooting devices and instrumentation with standard tools or diagnostic equipment.
• 1+ years working with low-voltage controls, wiring, networking signals, electrical and mechanical systems, computers, and operating systems; able to work non-standard hours and shifts.

Nice to have

• ISA Certified Controls System Technician (CCST) Level I or higher; experience with MQTT, BACnet, and/or MODBUS.
• 5+ years in controls/automation, construction, or a related technical field; data center or mission-critical experience.

Pay
