Provides commercial legal counsel for Amazon Leo’s satellite connectivity business, negotiating customer, partner, and technology agreements and advising on commercial strategy and risk.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate enterprise agreements, commercial transactions, technology partnerships, and channel partner agreements, focusing on mobility engagements.
- Advise business teams on legal, commercial, operational, and strategic issues in customer and partnership engagements.
- Develop scalable legal frameworks and processes; collaborate with product, business development, operations, and compliance on growth and international expansion.
