About the job
Provides legal support for AWS’s worldwide data center expansion and commercial real estate portfolio, including transactions, contracts, and related disputes.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate real estate agreements and leases, including land acquisitions, leases, zoning entitlements, and serviced licenses.
- Advise internal business clients, support AWS’s existing portfolio, and manage outside counsel.
- Improve team processes and resolve legal issues, pre-litigation disputes, and inquiries.
