About the job
Provides hands-on customer support at a delivery station, resolving package and delivery issues and coordinating with customers, warehouse associates, and delivery partners.
What you'll do
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and by email; understand and resolve their concerns.
- Coordinate with warehouse associates and delivery partners to address delivery issues and reschedules.
- Work a flexible full-time schedule and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for shifts up to 12 hours.
