Customer Success Manager, Fashion & Fitness

What you'll do

• Coordinate vendor initiatives, business plans, and day-to-day relationships; advise vendors on Amazon tools, policies, and programs.
• Analyze performance data and develop recommendations to improve adoption, ROI, and customer experience.
• Track project execution, escalate blockers, and contribute to operational and team process improvements using internal AI tooling.

What they ask for

• Experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including Microsoft Excel for manipulating and analyzing data.
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of vendor or client-facing experience in Account Management, Vendor Management, and/or relevant experience in Buying, Planning, or Merchandising (or equivalent); demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, visualization tools - Tableau, Quicksight, etc.
• 4+ years of relevant vendor/client-facing experience; experience in retail, e-commerce, or technology industries; or project coordination or operational support.

Pay

80,200.00 - 101,800.00 USD annually (base salary)
