What you'll do
- Lead Data Center Managers and 100–150 hourly technicians; hire, manage, and develop the team.
- Drive safety, security, availability, scaling, and efficiency goals, while planning staffing and developing team capabilities.
- Plan and execute infrastructure operations for data center and colocation build-outs and expansions; improve and share operational practices.
