Oversee data center facility operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, staff training, and improvement projects to keep electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems reliable and safe.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of data center equipment; troubleshoot failures and perform root cause analysis.
- Lead and train Engineering Operations Technicians, enforce safety and security procedures, and act as the escalation point for facility issues.
- Manage facility projects and workflows, including milestones, cost tracking, documentation, and deployment of operational practices.
