Data Center Cluster Operations Leader (Senior Manager), DCC Communities

What you'll do

• Hire, manage, and develop geographically distributed operations teams and managers.
• Plan and execute new data center and colocation expansions; operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
• Manage service providers and lead incident response while continually improving operational processes and tools.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of relevant management experience in datacenter operations, facility engineering operations, critical environment facilities, advanced high-volume manufacturing, datacenter build-outs and scaling, or similar.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a track record delivering complex analytical and quantitative projects.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing geographically distributed technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems for critical infrastructures, or broad knowledge of IT infrastructure domains.

Pay

164,100.00 - 258,200.00 USD annually (base salary)
