Data Center Controls Tech, Controls Deployment and Service

What you'll do

• Install, commission, diagnose, and maintain BMS and EPMS hardware, programming, sensors, controllers, and networks.
• Mentor Facilities team members, oversee contractors, and manage small-to-medium projects and service agreements.
• Create system documentation, follow change management and safety processes, and perform root cause analysis.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of integration, testing and automation experience.
• Associate’s degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field with 4+ years of relevant industrial Controls or HVAC controls experience, OR 6+ years of relevant industrial or HVAC controls experience in lieu of a degree.
• Basic understanding of industrial controls and experience troubleshooting meters, devices, sensors, and relays using standard tools or diagnostic equipment in a relevant industry.
• Ability to work non-standard hours, differing rotations or shifts, and overtime as required.

Nice to have

• Experience using MQTT, BACnet, and/or MODBUS.
• 5+ years of experience in controls/automation, construction or related field in a technical environment; ISA CCST Level I or higher certification.

Pay

86,200.00 - 150,800.00 USD annually (base salary)
