About the job
Deploys, maintains, troubleshoots, and upgrades BMS and EPMS controls systems across data centers to support reliable infrastructure operations.
What you'll do
- Service and upgrade BMS and EPMS, including diagnostics, maintenance, sensor calibration, provisioning, and point-to-point testing.
- Support commissioning, testing, root cause analysis, documentation, and small to medium-sized projects; supervise low-voltage contractors and vendors.
- Train Facilities team members and manage service activities, change processes, safety, and vendor agreements.
What they ask for

- Related technical associate’s degree, trade certification, or other certified training plus 4+ years of relevant industrial Controls or HVAC controls experience, OR 6+ years of relevant industrial or HVAC controls experience in lieu of a degree.

86,200.00 - 150,800.00 USD annually (base salary)
