Data Center Controls Tech, Controls team

What you'll do

• Install, configure, commission, and troubleshoot BMS and EPMS equipment, controls, sensors, and networks.
• Support projects and service operations, including mentoring facilities staff, contractor oversight, root cause analysis, and documentation.
• Work on-call and rotating schedules as needed, responding to after-hours emergencies.

What they ask for

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Associate’s degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field plus 4 years of relevant industrial Controls or HVAC controls experience, OR 6 years of relevant industrial or HVAC controls experience in lieu of a degree.
• Basic understanding of industrial controls systems and experience troubleshooting meters, devices, sensors, and relays using standard tools or diagnostic equipment.
• 3 years of experience with low-voltage controls, wiring, networking signals, electrical and mechanical systems, computers, and operating systems.

Nice to have

• International Society of Automation (ISA) Certified Controls System Technician (CCST) Level I or higher; familiarity with MQTT, BACnet, and/or MODBUS.
• 5+ years in controls/automation, construction, or a related technical field; data center or mission-critical experience.

Pay

77,500.00 - 135,700.00 USD annually (base salary)
