Data Center Controls Technician, Data Center Capacity Delivery

What you'll do

• Install, test, configure, calibrate, and troubleshoot BMS/EPMS field devices, controllers, wiring, and networks.
• Support commissioning, diagnostics, maintenance, and root cause analysis; document system changes and testing.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors, manage small to medium projects, and mentor Facilities team members.

What they ask for

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Basic understanding of industrial controls, devices, sensors, and troubleshooting tools in a data center or similar industry.
• Related technical associate degree, trade certification, or other certified training plus 1+ years of relevant industrial or HVAC controls experience; alternatively, 3+ years of such experience in lieu of a degree.
• 1+ years working with low-voltage controls, wiring, networking signals, electrical and mechanical systems, computers, and operating systems; ability to work non-standard hours, shifts, and overtime as required.

Nice to have

• ISA Certified Controls System Technician (CCST) Level I or higher; experience with MQTT, BACnet, and/or MODBUS.
• 5+ years in controls/automation, construction, or a related technical field; data center or mission-critical experience is also preferred.

Pay

32.93 - 57.64 USD hourly (base salary)
