What you'll do
- Manage and develop technicians and engineers; oversee delivery of capacity at existing data centers and help bring new data centers online.
- Improve processes, manage vendor and internal relationships, and ensure compliance with local health and safety standards.
- Maintain data center metrics and support service methods such as incident, problem, change, and capacity management.
