Data Center Infrastructure Delivery Manager , DCC Communities

What you'll do

• Manage and develop technician and engineer teams, delivering capacity at existing data centers and bringing new sites online.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain metrics to drive improvements.
• Ensure health and safety standards and support incident, problem, change, and capacity management.

What they ask for

• 2+ years of experience in a data center technology role.
• 2+ years of TCP/IP networking, network cabling, fiber, optic types, and test equipment experience.
• 2+ years of management/team lead function experience.
• Ability to travel to or commute between data center locations as needed, including temporary work at alternative sites during training or until the assigned facility is operational.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, or experience in professional or military IT-related roles; relevant certifications (CCENT, Network+, CCNA).
• Understanding of networking infrastructure topology; behavioral interviewing and hiring experience.

Pay

78,400.00 - 137,300.00 USD annually (base salary)
